Acceptable Use Policy
This policy sets out what you may and may not do with Kaizio. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Last updated: 13 July 2026
1. Use it for genuine process improvement
Kaizio is for diagnosing and improving your own business processes. Use it honestly, with inputs you are entitled to provide.
2. Do not upload sensitive personal data
Do not enter or upload personal data about identifiable individuals that you are not permitted to process — in particular health, financial, or other sensitive employee or customer data. Describe processes, not people.
3. Do not misuse the outputs
- Do not present Kaizio outputs as certified safety, compliance, audit, legal or financial documents.
- Do not use the tool to create misleading compliance or inspection records.
- Do not use it to surveil, profile or unfairly evaluate the performance of specific individuals.
- Do not rely on it for safety-critical or legally required assessments; consult a licensed professional.
4. Prohibited activity
- Breaking the law or infringing others' rights, including intellectual property.
- Uploading malware, or attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Reselling or redistributing the service or its outputs as your own certified professional service.
- Generating unlawful, hateful, harassing or deceptive content.
5. Enforcement
We may remove content, throttle, suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and report unlawful activity where required. If you see misuse, contact support@stemurconimp.shop.
