Last updated: 13 July 2026

1. The service

Kaizio is an online, digital-only software subscription that helps small teams diagnose process bottlenecks and generate continuous-improvement materials. It is delivered entirely online; there are no physical goods, shipping, on-site visits or in-person services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 to use Kaizio; users aged 13–17 must have parent or guardian consent. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions, billing and renewals

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed in USD through Stripe on a monthly or yearly cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before checkout; taxes may apply based on your location. Monthly improvement-topic allowances do not roll over. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current period, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. No professional advice

Kaizio is a self-serve methodology tool. It does notconstitute certified management, engineering, health & safety, regulatory compliance, medical, food-safety, structural, electrical, mechanical, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. You must not rely on Kaizio for any safety-critical or legally required assessment. For such matters, consult an appropriately licensed professional. See our AI Disclaimer.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Kaizio lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not misuse the service, upload sensitive personal data you are not permitted to process, or use outputs to create misleading compliance or audit documents.

6. Your content and licence

You keep ownership of the inputs you provide and the results generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely to operate the service, as described in our Content License and Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, add or remove features, and may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid features where practical.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, STEVE MURPHY CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on generated suggestions. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; certain terms survive, including those on liability, content and governing law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
