1. Methodology aid, not certified advice

The root-cause analyses, fishbone diagrams, process maps, action lists, A3 reports and walkthroughs that Kaizio generates are methodology suggestions to support your own thinking. They are not certified consulting, and they are not a guarantee of any result, saving or outcome.

2. Output can be incomplete or wrong

Automated analysis works from the limited information you provide and from general improvement patterns. It can be incomplete, oversimplified or simply wrong for your specific situation. Always check every suggestion against the real facts on your floor before acting on it.
