Content License

You keep all ownership of the process descriptions, notes, figures and any material you enter into the workspace. We do not claim ownership of your inputs.

You grant STEVE MURPHY CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT LIMITED a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your inputs solely to operate the service — to generate your root-cause maps, visuals, reports and walkthroughs, and to support you. This licence ends when we delete the relevant data under our retention schedule. Uploaded process details are cached for generation and cleared within 30 days unless you save them to your account.

We do not use your inputs or generated results to train AI models, and our AI processing providers are contractually barred from using your content to train theirs.

The diagnoses, diagrams, A3 reports, KPI cards and walkthroughs generated for you are yours to use within your business. You are responsible for reviewing them and confirming they fit your situation before acting.

The Kaizio software, brand, templates, sample imagery and site design remain the property of STEVE MURPHY CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT LIMITED and may not be copied or resold as a competing service.
